Hey I got Prophecies and Nightfall and I remember reading somewhere here that you had to do certain quests to be able to play a Nightfall Char in Prophecies?

You need to get to Consulate Docks where you can get a quest to travel to Lion's Arch and can then proceed in Prophecies.

Another question regarding this. What quest do you have to do to get your prof char into NF? (also where to find that quest)

The quest will be available in Lion's Arch for Prophecies characters and Kamadan for Factions.
